🎁 Donations

All donations made to Empower Advocacy Oxford, Inc. are considered final and non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or if you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date. We will work with you to address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

📚 Program Registrations & Event Fees

If you register for a paid program or event and are unable to attend, you may request a refund under the following terms:

  • Full refunds may be issued up to 7 days prior to the event or program start date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund or program credit, at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued after the program or event begins, unless canceled by Empower Advocacy Oxford, Inc.

🛍️ Merchandise Sales

If we offer physical or digital products through our website or events:

  • Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase for defective or incorrect items.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • Digital downloads and customized items are non-refundable.

  • The date of the transaction

  • A brief explanation of the request

  • Any applicable receipt or confirmation number
