The Neighbor2Neighbor (N2N) Project is Empower Advocacy Oxford, Inc.'s emergency assistance and disaster relief initiative. Created to respond quickly when individuals and families face unexpected hardship, Neighbor2Neighbor connects community resources, compassionate volunteers, and financial assistance to help our neighbors recover with dignity.
Whether responding to severe weather, house fires, medical emergencies, food insecurity, utility crises, or other unforeseen circumstances, Neighbor2Neighbor exists to ensure that no one faces life's challenges alone.
We believe that strong communities are built when neighbors care for one another.

Neighbor2Neighbor provides timely emergency assistance while connecting individuals and families with long-term community resources that promote stability, resilience, and hope.
What We Do

Neighbor2Neighbor serves residents throughout Oxford, Lafayette County, and surrounding North Mississippi communities, with priority given to individuals and families experiencing genuine emergency situations.
Assistance is based on available funding, documented need, and program guidelines.
